XML document types

ControlTier uses several XML file types to describe various aspects of a Project.

Type.xml

defines a set of related Types and is used to develop processes and Type modeling.

• Load this file with ProjectBuilder → build-type
• Exported from Workbench.

Project.xml

defines a set of Resources, and is used to develop the Resource Model.

• Load this file with ProjectBuilder → load-objects
• Exported from Workbench.

Acls.xml

defines Access Control for use within CTL and Jobcenter.

• Stored within the CTL_BASE/etc directory.

Job.xml

defines a set of Job definitions for use with Jobcenter.

• Imported/Exported from Jobcenter.
• Imported/Exported with ProjectBuilder → load-jobs, and find-jobs.
